How do I make an offer for a particular shop unit?

When is the next tender exercise?

Please check back on this webpage for updates on our next tender exercise. We would conduct between 2 to 4 tender exercise per annum.

When will I be informed of the tender results?

Tender evaluation and approval will take between 1 to 3 months or longer, depending on the tender bids and complexity of the evaluation process.

How would I be informed?

We will notify you by email.

What happens if I am not awarded the tender?

We will notify you by email.

How long is the rent-free period?

The rent-free period varies depending on the size of the units and rental structure.

How long is the lease term?

Our standard lease term is 3 years.

Event Space/ Distribution Points/ Sampling

How do I go about leasing an event space/distribution point/sampling?

Contact us. Do note that you need to give at least three working weeks prior to your preferred date of commencement.

Is there a minimum booking?

You need to commit a minimum of $700 contract value for event spaces, $400 for distribution spaces and $1,000 for sampling

What does the license fee include?

License fee is for the leasing of spaces within our stations/bus interchanges.

Am I allowed to sell merchandise/food in the stations?

No cash transactions and sale of merchandise/food are allowed at all event spaces, with the exception of Raffles Place MRT, Tanjong Pagar MRT, Dhoby Ghaut MRT and bus interchanges.

Am I allowed to leave my roadshow items at the station after my operating hours?

No, all roadshow items must be removed at the end of your revenue day. No items can be left unattended at all times. Stellar Lifestyle does not provide any store room except at Lavender and Bugis MRT Stations (subject to change).

Is there a maximum number of roadshow staff allowed at event spaces?

Yes, it depends on which event space you lease. We will advise you when you send in your preferred dates.

When do I sign the agreement and make payment?

All agreements and payment are to be signed and made prior to the commencement of your event.

What is the amount for security deposit and how long does it take?

The amount depends on the total area leased. You may contact us for more details. Refunds typically take between 7-8 business weeks after end of contract.

Can I cancel my lease after sending in the application form/signing the contract?

Once the application form has been submitted, cancellation or changes to the schedule will only be accepted if you give us at least six weeks of written notice prior to commencement of the event. If cancellation or changes are initiated after agreement has been signed, a processing fee will be imposed.
